For more information regarding our company, current projects, and openings around Europe, please consult our website: www.netcompany-intrasoft.com.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Your main responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst include: </p><p>- Business analysis report on the current state (as-is) processes and performance baseline of defined IT service operations.<br/> - Prepare documentation to facilitate the problem-solving and decision-making exercise.<br/> - Develop training/support material<br/> - Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material<br/> - Follow-up on deadlines<br/> - Work with the IT Project Manager to review internal processes<br/> - Conduct business analyses and develop implementation plan for improvements in collaboration with the project stakeholders<br/> - Develop performance metrics and reports<br/> - Perform testing activities<br/> - Day-to-day support the customers and the project team<br/>  </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Qualifications<br/> o    8 years of experience as System/Business Analyst<br/> - Experience in business domains of European Institutions an asset<br/> - Proven experience in Software development an asset<br/> o    Technical expertise in the following technologies<br/> - Requirement capturing  <br/> - Use case design<br/> - Design HTML mockups<br/> - Ability to provide 3rd level support for the application – good knowledge of the Application<br/> - Experience in Analyse of data, execution of data manipulation directly in the Database<br/> o    The following Technologies/Tools/Frameworks used for the application:<br/> - HTML, integration testing, Java, JAX-WS (Java API for XML Web Services), Jenkins (ex-Hudson), Maven, Office, regression testing, SCRUM, Agile, Selenium IDE, Selenium Suite, GIT, System Test, SQL Developer for Oracle, Use Cases, whitebox testing, XML, XSLT, JIRA, Zeplin.<br/> o    Excellent communication and writing skills.<br/> o    Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.<br/> o    Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings<br/> o    MA Degree</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We ensure equal opportunities, treatment, and consideration to all candidates.
