Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team and to the Investor Relations area.
- Assist executive team with various responsibilities including the coordination of activities, meetings, travel arrangements, conference agendas, oral/written communication, presentation creation, and other administrative support (filing, telephones, etc.).
- Act as primary customer point of contact and interface at Company corporate headquarters, planning and coordinating customer social activities.
- Manage and administer Company entertainment packages, event ticket coordination and distribution for various events.
- Work with Investor Relations (IR) Officer and coordinate logistics for quarterly and year-end earnings call, schedule conference all and webcast, post event on IR website, alert New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), publish press release, post stockholder letter on website and add supporting material to event on website i.e. post-call recording and transcript.
- Publish IR related press releases using self-publish press release tool ensuring exact coordination on timing of releases while drafting all standard press releases for Investor Relations Officer (IRO) such as conference attendance, investor days, and quarterly earnings releases prior to distribution.
- Ensure all quarterly letters to stockholders appear and are published and archived appropriately on KNX IR website in a timely manner.
- Maintain IR calendar and coordinate all logistics for Executive Management for financial conferences, investor meetings, Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs) including flights, conference hotel, printed presentations, order webcasts, press release and create trip itineraries.
- Manage KNX's IR website by using software to post events and update information.
- Coordinate logistics for KNX Investor Day, such as attendees, room set up, catering, audio-visual equipment, materials preparation and distribution, conference call and webcast.
- Use Investor Relationship Management software to enter data on events/activities/tasks on analysts/institutions. Create summary profile reports for investor meetings with KNX Executives.
- Distribute annual or semi-annual Request for Quotes (RFQ's) for IR website, press release service as well as IR CRM (Investor Relations Client Relationship Management) tool.
- Gather RFQ responses and create apples to apples comparisons for IRO to review/analyze. Manage relationship with service provider by paying invoices, reviewing upgrades and enhancements, etc.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 7 years' Executive Assistant or Investor Relations experience required.
- Prior experience with Personnel Action Forms (PAF), Concur and AS400 preferred.
- Travel agent knowledge or experience preferred.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- Must posses excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must posses a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, dictation and computer keyboarding.
- Must posses experience with Personnel Action Form (PAF), Concur, AS400 and knowledge of departments and key contacts.
Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual
