Roles & Responsibilities:
- Decompose the Program requirements, user stories and TFA 1099 Platform backlog as an input Solution Architecture & Design and Program Increment Planning and Sprint Planning sessions.
- Plan and conduct Sprint Planning Sessions to define the user stories that will be completed as a part of each Program Increment (PI) and sprint.
- Create, manage, and complete Program documentation required by the ELC.
- Provide preparation support for any sessions related to deeper technical discussion into topics areas provided or defined in the IT to IT RRE sessions related to integration into legacy systems for Release 2.
- Provide continued IT delivery partner engagement support in developing working sessions to work through and capture key decisions that require Business and/or Delivery Partner input.
- Provide support, as necessary, in the elicitation or development of Non-Functional Requirements.
- Provide additional Business engagement support to connect Small Business Self Employed (SBSE) Taxpayer First Act Provision 2102 owner to Wage & Investment for IR Mod Release 2 planning efforts.
- Provide coordination support across the Business Unit Divisions (BODs) for IR Mod Release 2, to include RREs and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide support in connecting BODs with necessary IT stakeholders to provide clarifications or answer that require input.
- Support external reporting to organizations, such as IRSAC and ETAAC.
- Provide additional Business engagement support for Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) section 80603 (Information Reporting for Brokers and Digital Assets) owners.
- Assess additional data needs for IR Mod Release 1 and future releases to support a multi-release program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
