You will be responsible for collaborating with other members of the Product team on projects, as well as owning the end-to-end execution of your own product efforts.</p><p><strong>CUSTOMER</strong></p><p>HUMAN was founded in 2012 in Brooklyn. We hope you can join us in that mission.</p><p>As the central unit driving product strategy and execution, we work closely with business, engineering, and research to coordinate all media product development efforts.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and executing the product roadmap for your development team/s, ensuring that the team is focused on the most impactful initiatives</li><li>Providing product requirements and user stories to engineering teams</li><li>Working closely with your cross-functional partners, including engineering, design, client success, sales, and research to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and features</li><li>Coordinating between different teams and working with other product managers to implement features and services into core platforms to benefit the entire product portfolio</li><li>Defining and tracking product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Communicating product plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders, including management, customers, and partners</li><li>Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development and ensure that our products meet customer needs</li><li>Keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>At least 7 years of professional experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a Product Lead</li><li>Have a strong technical background and the ability to dive in, discuss, and challenge teams and customers on technical details to reach the best solution for their needs</li><li>Have experience with at least one of the following: B2B or B2B2C cybersecurity, AdTech</li><li>Ability to quantify collected information and turn it into opportunities</li><li>Ability to apply analytical skills to solve problems creatively</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Have a strong sense of ownership</li><li>Advanced level of English </li></ul><p><strong>PERSONAL PROFILE</strong></p><ul><li>Independent and self-sufficient (ability to drive execution through self-initiative without guidance)</li><li>Driven, ambitious, willing to learn and to develop</li><li>Ability to influence through communication and convince without resorting to authoritative arguments</li></ul>
