Job Description:

Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF Market targeting the RF Front End portion of the Ultra Mobile Devices. Develop innovative multi-band multi-mode Front End Modules (RFFEM) for standards such as LTE, LTE-Advanced and 5G to shape next-generation product family. You will be part of a winning project team designing RF front end modules, and will be responsible for leading an engineering team from the product definition to the production release, these responsibilities include but not limited to:   

• Lead RF design and integration teams in the development of highly integrated and complex RF FEM for top tier mobile OEMs  

• Manage customer communication via technical presentations and specification compliant documentation

• Create and deliver project reports to management & executive teams

• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams on priority projects to keep them on track and escalate as needed

• Analyze data and compare against key project requirements

• Work with various teams to align workload against division priorities

• Collaborate with technology, quality and NPI teams on the definition and implementation of advance technology in RF FEM

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF/Microwave Technology

• 13+ years of experience in FEM design and related fields,

• In-depth knowledge of Front End Module with Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, High-Q filter technologies, High Power High Isolation Multi-Throw Switches, various Coexistence and Noise Power Filters, Low Noise Amplifiers and auxiliary circuits

• Ability to communicate clearly with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills

• Ability to be organized and meet project goals and deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, team environment

• Strong Communication Skills

Desired Requirements:

• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills

• Experience with Wireless System Design for Cellular or Data Markets

• Knowledge to design RF solutions for 4G and 5G market space

• Previous experience managing & developing technical employees

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $260,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
