Global Project Manager Tool Managements (m/f/d) – location flexible within Western Europe

As Global Project Manager for Tool Managements you will be responsible for the successful conception and ramp-up of projects at Water customer’s site. You will be working in a close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in the markets to design a sound Tool Management concept for our customers and proactively support the sales process. As the “Go-to-Person” you will be responsible for preparation of business cases, contract drafts and handle the project related communication with the customer. After the successful project sale, you will take the lead to implement the concept at customer’s site and coordinate the necessary tasks until the project is successfully implemented. With your solid background in Project Management, you know how to build-up an appropriate project organization that will support the project success and work in a collaborative way with the line organization. Your excellent skills in communication make you an appreciated contact person both internal and external during the entire process.

Your mission:

• You proactively manage the relevant internal and external communication about the project progress and are responsible for the stakeholder management

• Your core task is to prepare holistic Tool Management concepts for customers in close cooperation with the local markets

• You set up business cases for the respective concepts and build up project related structures for the conception and ramp-up phase

• Designing contract drafts and support the negotiations are part of your tasks

• You manage the successful project implementation and support the recruitment process of Tool Managers if needed

• You ensure a proper hand-over to the responsible Tool Managers after the successful ramp-up and create relevant project documentation

Your profile:

• You possess strong stakeholder management skills, you are structured, committed, goal-oriented and reliable in delivering results, which is your key to success

• You have a degree in business administration or a technical degree or comparable

• With proven skills in successful project management methods and excellent skills in presenting you energize a global team of Tool Management members

• You have sound knowledge about business cases and contracts handling and are experienced in working in an international environment

• You can convince people

• Good holistic understanding about business processes and systems as well as the affinity to work in project environments are your assets

• You are an excellent communicator and networker with very good English skills, German language is welcome but not mandatory

• You are willing to travel international for business purposes

• Your proactive, service-minded personality with a high learning agility are your key to success
