Arxada is looking for a Production Supervisor in Rochester, NY that will provide support to all teams in the area of process knowledge and plant equipment, key in operator training and certification, review accuracy of plant production procedures and participates in production planning, incident investigation and action item execution

This role will be expected to work on a rotating shift schedule.  The expected salary range for this role is $78,300-$95,700, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.    

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitors EHS performance including environmental compliance.
• Provide daily coordination of work activities for specific area of responsibility and maintain proper records as needed for regulatory, cGMP and ISO compliance.
• Sets daily process production rates to accommodate personnel and process issues.
• Monitors and directs activities to maintain equipment utilization and on-stream rates to meet production demands.
• Monitors process quality and direct operators on adjustments.
• Enforces plant and area housekeeping standards. Monitors PI sheets for correctness
• Monitors area container management (reprocess and rework). Follows up on incident corrective actions.
