Our portfolio of offerings is cross-sectors, +60 wide consulting offers and generate 15% of revenues. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>For our office in Amsterdam &amp; Rotterdam, we are looking for a HR &amp; Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your job is very diverse, but will mainly focus on three areas: </p><p><u>Talent Acquisition and Management</u></p><ul><li>Recruitment process management (from A to Z)</li><li>Campus recruitment</li><li>Social media and job boards management</li><li>Onboarding</li></ul><p>​​​​​​​<u>HR</u></p><ul><li>SPOC to employees’ requests</li><li>Support to internal process and policy improvement</li></ul><p><u>Communication/ Marketing</u></p><ul><li>Internal and external communication</li><li>Social Media brand communication</li><li>Support on customers’ events</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You have a Master's degree.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.</li><li>English and Dutch speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. French is considered a plus</li><li>Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and smartrecruiters is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Flexible, structured, motivated, problem-solver and people-oriented.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We are unable to provide a work permit for this position</p><p>Sia Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
