  • Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 10AM – 7PM (Full Time)

The Inside Sales Center Assistant Manager supervises the Inside Sales Center and assists the Center Manager with all managing aspects of the facility


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in a positive manner, ensuring all guidelines and expectations are being met
  • Strive to meet individual goals as well as departmental goals set by the VP of Marketing
  • Motivate the team on a daily basis to remain consistent in their performance and delight the customer each step of the way
  • Ensure that the appointment calendar and all slots are full and we are capitalizing on all opportunities based on a 70% capacity goal each day
  • Review all appointments for accuracy and ensure the proper process is followed
  • Assist with taking on escalated calls to avoid any further issues
  • Continue to assist in the receiving of inbound calls including sales leads and calls from current and previous customers, as needed
  • May be required to place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customer, as to assist in the generating of new leads
  • Conduct one on one meetings with agents on a monthly basis to provide positive as well as constructive feedback to help them grow in their role
  • Adopt company core values and exemplify them in daily tasks and interactions both internally and externally
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and developments to ensure the call center is operating at peak efficiency
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring new call center staff

Requirements

  • At least 3-5yrs of Call Center/Customer Service Experience
  • At least 1-2yrs of Supervisory or Leadership Experience
  • Prior Track Record of Successful Team Management and Development is Preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of communication techniques and customer service best practices
  • Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment
  • Working knowledge of call center software and systems (ACD, IVR, etc.)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and maintain up-to-date knowledge of call center products and services
