Project Manager, Revenue Team
The Project Manager (PM) will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Revenue Team. The PM will support the leaders and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, planning, and communication. Additionally, the PM will be responsible for handling confidential and time-sensitive materials. The PM may direct and lead the work of others indirectly on behalf of Senior Revenue Leadership.

How you’ll Contribute:
- Lead and actively manage Operational Planning twice a year, and assist mid-level to senior leaders with cross-functional project management related to the plan
- Work across the Revenue Team to assemble, curate, and create weekly and monthly communication initiative updates to be sent out to the Executive and Revenue team in project management system - Asana
- Proactively manage Revenue team agendas and follow up actions for weekly team meetings as well as monthly all hands. Attend, document discussions, actions, and decisions
- Creatively collaborate with Revenue team leaders on new initiatives, programs, and events
- Assist in modification of contracts, presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Prioritizes tasks so deadlines are met with continued focus on quality
- Assemble Google Slides and 6-pagers for strategic projects with consistency, detail, and accuracy in collaboration with Revenue leadership.
- Assemble and distribute reporting of team KPIs
- Relieves senior revenue leadership of critical administrative tasks including email and calendar management
- Handle sensitive and confidential information and communication requiring discretion
- Managing and maintaining multiple Google Suite calendars
- Organize and support team meetings, off-sites, and assist in marketing events
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience working on special projects and/or 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with superb reading, listening, speaking and writing skills
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting data
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Strong experience using presentation tools
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of internal customers
- Experience working in fast paced start-up environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities with acute attention to detail

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
