About the role
<p><b>Who we are looking for</b></p><p>We are looking for an Operations Specialist, who will work under supervision of Manager and be engage in various projects, special analysis and initiatives relating to technical aspects of the business. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.<br/> </p><p>Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will be responsible for</b></p><p>As Investment Compliance Specialist, Associate 2,you will<br/> </p><ul><li>be responsible for monitoring compliance results on client portfolios related to Regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates.</li><li>Utilizing State Street’s Investment Compliance & Reporting platform, the qualified candidate will complete the research, analysis and reporting to ensure portfolios are in compliance with their investment restrictions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we value</b></p><p>These skills will help you succeed in this role:</p><ul><li>Fluency in English- written and spoken</li><li>Ability to work independently, contribute and communicate effectively</li><li>Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work collaboratively,</li><li>Strong organizational, communication and project skills</li><li>Ability to plan and prioritize work under pressure compared to tight deadlines</li><li>Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
