Investment Services Administrative Associate

This position is an entry level position. The Investment Service's Administrative Assiociate primarily assists financial advisors and clients with matters involving the servicing of client accounts and processing new business in their respective market.  The candidate must maintain files, prepare reports, conduct research, and deliver departmental communications to clients and co-workers. They must be able to adapt and work on new projects and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients, advisors, and administrative support in addition to internal bank staff as needed
• Determines and researches appropriate paperwork and process for advisor/client needs
• Communicates with clients, business partners, and internal staff through appropriate methods
• Maintains and updates client database, calendars, and compliance files
• Performs daily tasks including scheduling meetings, phone calls, and other duties as assigned
• Attends monthly team meetings virtually or in person as needed

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
