Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Sr. Six Sigma Black Belt to lead companywide process and profit-improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Lead and develop a team of partners in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
Oversee the design and execution of multiple large, complex, divisional projects and initiatives.
Identify areas of opportunity in current business processes.
Influence and collaborate with Senior Executive Leadership on cross-functional business solutions.
Achieve measurable bottom-line results and ensure that process owners are given the tools and guidance needed to fully sustain the improvements at project completion.
Understanding current processes and identifying value-improvement initiatives.
Sell ideas and deliver important status presentations to all levels of the organization.
Create and deliver companywide effective training programs.
Act as the liaison between Corporate and our field locations.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 5 years of Manager/Black Belt experience or equivalent.
Black Belt certification or equivalent
Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnight stays.
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
3 years' experience with Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies, leading change and/or team leadership
