Job Description

The Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, outbound distribution, transportation coordination, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) administration, and third-party logistics (3PL) oversight. This position drives operational excellence through strong leadership, employee development, process improvement, compliance management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring exceptional service, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will work onsite in Whitestown, IN and report to the Fulfillment Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Manage workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, performance management, employee development, and operational continuity.
  • Oversee inbound operations, including receiving, inspection, inventory receipt, put-away, and resolution of receiving discrepancies.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Lead outbound fulfillment and distribution activities, ensuring accurate order processing, shipping performance, and service level attainment.
  • Manage Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, inventory controls, documentation requirements, and audit readiness.
  • Partner with and influence third-party logistics (3PL) providers to achieve service, quality, inventory, productivity, and customer performance objectives.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities across domestic and international shipments while supporting carrier, freight, customs, and transportation relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, audit, SOX, SOC, and company policy requirements while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Utilize SAP, WMS, WCS, and related systems to maintain operational execution, data integrity, reporting, and performance visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support operational excellence, inventory optimization, service improvements, and strategic business objectives.
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, service, cost, and operational performance.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, including inbound, inventory control, fulfillment, and outbound distribution activities.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse, logistics, or operational teams, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and influence employees and 3PL partners.
  • Experience operating within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) environment and managing or partnering with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Experience supporting domestic and international transportation operations, including parcel, LTL, FTL, air, ocean, import, and export shipments, with knowledge of trade compliance, customs processes, freight forwarding, and import/export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, SOX compliance, SOC controls, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) principles.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and related supply chain technologies.
  • Demonstrated success balancing competing operational priorities, driving change management
