About the Sales Manager, Partner Sales – Client Partner Fast Track - HPE Juniper:

MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Sales Manager, Partner Sales to support a client Fast Track program. This role is anticipated to be a remote position within the United States, with periodic travel to the Ogden headquarters and client-related meetings as needed.

As the Sales Manager, Partner Sales, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a specialized partner sales team focused on accelerating partner readiness and engagement, pipeline development, and early-stage revenue generation across client solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving program performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong alignment between MarketStar and the client.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and develop a partner enablement team responsible for onboarding, enablement, pipeline creation, and early-stage deal acceleration for client partners

  • Drive attainment against program KPIs, including partner engagement, sales growth plan execution, sales and technical training completion, and revenue influence targets.

  • Leverage dashboards, reporting, and performance data to monitor results, identify trends, and proactively address risks or gaps

  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions to reinforce expectations, improve execution, and support individual development plans

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program health, ensuring alignment to client priorities, program objectives, and SOW requirements

  • Own and deliver client-facing updates and business reviews, including performance insights, operational highlights, and strategic recommendations to client stake holds worldwide.

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across delivery, enablement, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of the partner program

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner experience, sales readiness, onboarding efficiency, and overall program scalability

  • Coach team members through complex partner scenarios, strategy discussions, and enablement conversations

  • Ensure operational excellence, including Salesforce hygiene, reporting accuracy, timecard and expense compliance, and adherence to MarketStar policies and processes

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Prior B2B sales experience required; experience supporting indirect or partner sales motions strongly preferred

  • Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and development planning

  • Strong performance mindset with the ability to drive accountability and exceed program goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to internal and client stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales performance reporting

  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions, preferably within networking, infrastructure, or cloud ecosystems

  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels
