The Financial Systems Sr. Manager is responsible for the maintenance and administration of OneStream to support the financial reporting functions within an organization. As senior manager, you will maintain existing OneStream applications and oversee configuration, implementation, and user acceptance of new or enhanced modules. This role requires great organization and time management skills. You will generate reports for finance or accounting departments and evaluate processes, procedures and systems on financial accounting work to achieve workflow efficiency and conformance to government and company accounting principles. This role will perform complex tasks typically following established processes.

 

Your Impact

• Maintaining and supporting OneStream. This includes all maintenance requests for the Entity, Account, Scenario, and eight Custom Dimensions as well as Workflows, and Mapping Table bulk uploads. This also includes all user access requests for additions, removals, and changes of users as well as the maintenance of security groups for user roles.
• Performing all SOX, GRC, and IT Controls for both internal and external auditors, including adhering to change management policy and making changes to the policy when necessary.
• Supporting monthly reporting for consolidation of worldwide financial data for Actuals. This includes monthly closing activities for loading monthly FX rates, loading corporate consolidation journal entries, and resolving the system issues related to Actuals and being in close collaboration with Corporate Accounting team for quick turnaround specific tasks during time-sensitive financial closes.
• Responsible for knowledge of automated cash flow and how it works in OneStream.
• Issuing the monthly Preliminary Sales Report and Corporate Operating Book.
• Communicating all monthly notifications to OneStream end users regarding monthly reporting process by maintaining distribution lists for Actual data loaders, FP&A data loaders, mapping changers, and all end users for system maintenance or OneStream upgrade notifications.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

• OneStream experience required. Must be advanced in databases and programming concepts.
• Must possess accounting knowledge, financial reporting systems experience, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Accounting.
• CPA/MBA would also be preferred but not required.
