Your role as a Warehouse Supervisor positions you to be directly involved in the physical production that enables Baxter to fulfill our mission to save and sustain lives. You manage the line between meeting production timelines and making quality products. As a manager, you are the trusted critical connection between the business and the workers on the floor.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for supervision of receiving, storage, issuing and handling items and materials, while maintaining GMP compliant in the stockroom.
• Supervise the daily operations across all shifts including performance, attendance, and individual evaluations.
• Interact with plant management on operating issues relative to warehouse and inventory control that impact plant operations.
• Commit to employee feedback and developmental processes.
• Adheres to corporate trade compliance regarding import/export.
• Maintains department schedules which support production without delays.
• Plan and coordinate efficient transfer of materials to and from production and warehouse areas.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control procedures and documentation for all assigned inventory.
• Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, regulatory requirements, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements.
• Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities.
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
• Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
