Summary of Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the Razorback Women’s Basketball program. This position serves as a primary liaison between the program and various athletic department units while coordinating team logistics, travel arrangements for student-athletes, coaching staff, and recruits, and supporting the planning and execution of team events. The role also manages budget planning and tracking, maintains the team communication and scheduling platform, and assists with the administration of home women’s basketball games. In addition, the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations contributes to the coaching and development of student-athletes through on-court instruction, skill development, and other coaching responsibilities as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
