<p><strong>WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?</strong></p><p>As part of the Production team, you will help ensure the team is on track for success. The core of the role will be managing bugs and tasks in Jira, as well as managing relationships with publishing requirements (localization, external team members and external playtests).</p><p><strong>THAT IS GREAT BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE DAY TO DAY?</strong></p><p>·        Assess risks and potential blockers, ensuring each team member has clear priorities</p><p>·        Work with a mentor to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements</p><p>·        Manage internal playtests and meetings</p><p>·        Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, providing stability to the team</p><p>·        Play the game (a lot) and provide feedback</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p><ul> <li>Eager to learn about the process of building a great game</li> <li>Personable, friendly and level-headed</li> <li>Experience with other aspects of game development (eg.
