SALARY: $120,000-$142,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Consumer Programs plays a pivotal role in leading AB's ongoing consumer surveys, being responsible for program management and evolution, agency management, championing data understanding, utilization, & integration. This high-visibility position requires expertise in survey research and data analysis, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead, plan, and implement program evolutions, including questionnaire changes, innovative analysis, and integration with other data sources.
- Collaborate with the Tech team to lead and evolve reporting dashboards, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Lead user enablement initiatives, including training on metrics and reporting dashboards, to ensure understanding and utilization across the organization.
- Serve as the liaison with global partners across consumer programs.
AGENCY MANAGEMENT
- Direct priorities for a team of 8 from our research agency partner, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and timelines.
- Leading prioritization of annual budget related to consumer research, optimizing resources and investments to increase value.
- Collaborate with AB procurement on contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
PERFORMANCE UNDERSTANDING & REPORTING
- Design & facilitate delivery of performance reports for members of the US C-Suite, Brand VPs, and Global Insights teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on survey data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive narratives around brand performance, integrating survey data with other key metrics and insights.
- Lead strategic analysis of survey data, using deep expertise in survey research to advise the 3YP (Three-Year Plan) process and other critical initiatives.
- Advise the annual target setting process, using survey data to establish ambitious yet achievable goals for the organization.
