Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor who can take charge of our maintenance team and ensure the highest standards of upkeep in our luxury apartment complexes.

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $25 hourly

Requirements

• Dependable attendance is critical as you represent Banyan Living and our property owners.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
• Must arrive on time and be ready to effectively lead your team each day.
• A friendly, positive attitude is required!
• Flexibility in working hours is necessary, particularly during busy maintenance times.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance preferred.
• All candidates will undergo a background check, with employment contingent on the results.
• All employees must comply with the Employee Handbook and our Policies & Procedures.
