• Act as the primary point of contact for capital planning and execution across PMO, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

• Ensure consistent, standardized, and scalable application of capital processes, approvals, controls, and reporting.

Project & Portfolio Oversight

• Directly oversee and coordinate the execution of capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality alignment.

• Support business case development, including financial modeling and payback analysis in collaboration with Finance.

• Manage vendor engagement, long-lead equipment procurement, and installation planning with Supply Chain and Operations.

• Maintain disciplined risk management, change control, and variance reporting across the portfolio.

• Support dual-supply and factory enablement strategies by aligning capital investments to manufacturing capacity and program delivery schedules.

Governance, Reporting & Controls

• Facilitate Capital Review Board (CRB) cadence, decision documentation, and stage-gate approvals

• Maintain capital dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms; deliver monthly executive reporting on performance, risks, and variances

• Lead post-investment reviews and lessons-learned cycles to improve effectiveness and long-term value capture

• Partner with Finance to align capital accounting, contingency practices, and compliance with capital expenditure standards

Continuous Improvement & Capability Development

• Develop and refine governance standards, financial models, portfolio tools, and automation solutions using Costpoint and Power BI

• Inform project sponsors, site leaders, and functional partners of capital governance processes

• Improve portfolio management maturity and scalability to support enterprise growth, manufacturing capability, and data-center delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred

• 7+ years managing capital programs or major capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or data-center environments

• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise capital governance and multi-site portfolio management
