Senior Partner Development Manager, Vertical AI & Data Partners
IntappAbout the role
As Senior Partner Development Manager, Vertical AI & Data Partners, you will own and grow a global partner portfolio, including some of our most strategically important data and vertical-AI partners. You will curate new partners, design and execute partnership plans that deliver growth through partner development, co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling — and help shape Intapp's ecosystem gravity. Success requires intellectual curiosity and fluency in our end-markets, clients' needs, and the combined potential of Intapp and its partners — and the ability to translate that understanding into joint value that reaches clients. The role spans strategy and execution equally, with near-term accountability for pipeline and revenue alongside longer-term ownership of ecosystem positioning. You will report to the Head of Vertical AI & Data Partners and work cross-functionally with Product and R&D, Industries, Sales, Marketing, and Services as well as Client Success & Support. Because our clients and partners span multiple regions, you will work across time zones and travel to client and partner sites and Intapp offices as the business requires. The role is highly visible, high-impact, and best suited to an intrapreneurial builder who thrives where strategy meets hands-on delivery in a high-velocity environment.
What you will do:
- Build and execute partner plans aligned to Intapp's growth priorities and the partner program — joint value propositions, multi-year collaboration roadmaps, co-innovation agendas, joint go-to-market, and co-selling.
- Translate market and client needs into joint solutions — working with Product, R&D, and Industries to develop data integrations and vertical-AI capabilities that make Intapp solutions, including Celeste, measurably smarter and more firm-specific.
- Drive data and interoperability — enable third-party data integration with Celeste via MCP and agent-to-agent integration, and structure fit-for-purpose commercial mechanics.
- Own and grow executive relationships with assigned partners as their trusted advisor and strategic liaison across Intapp.
- Report on execution and results — partner-sourced, -influenced, and -product revenue, integration certifications, and co-innovation outcomes.
- Engage in client opportunities and sales cycles where partners strengthen our positioning, complete the solution, or open access to key stakeholders.
- Operate the coopetition and governance framework — qualify product partnerships with senior executives across Intapp and facilitate decisions.
- Advance partner mindshare and capability — enablement, integration certifications, and investment in Intapp solutions across partner organizations.
- Anchor the operating rhythm — embed partner plans in the annual and strategic plans of our business units, R&D, and GTM functions, and keep Partner Operations systems current.
- Serve as a thought partner to the wider Alliances & Partners team, contributing to ecosystem strategy, executive partner briefings, and the continuous evolution of Intapp's partner program.
What you will need:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategic advisory, management consulting, private capital markets, investment banking, partnerships, alliances, enterprise SaaS, native AI, or a related field.
- An intrapreneurial builder who is energized by ambiguity and white space, takes ownership end to end, and is comfortable creating structure where none yet exists.
- Consulting-grade structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame market opportunities, build compelling business cases, and communicate clearly to senior executives. A management consulting background is preferred.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets, technologies, partners, and product capabilities — with genuine interest in applied and agentic AI.
- Exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, who adapts naturally across audiences — from technical and operational stakeholders to senior executives, internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams — Product, R&D, Industries, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Client Success & Support — without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
- Adaptable and composed under pressure, able to thrive at the speed of technology and applied AI and to reprioritize as the market moves.
- Commercially astute, with sound judgment on value creation, partner economics, and how partnership activity translates into revenue and client outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute complex, multi-stakeholder partnership programs, including joint go-to-market, co-innovation, and commercial agreement design.
