HOW PROJECT MANAGER/INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provide project management support to the customer team/cell lead in the day-to-day management of the team/cell, assisting in creating processes and procedures for the team/cell.  Assist in managing requirements and interacting with Sr. Project Manager. 
  • Work on consulting engagement workstreams to address risks using best practices. 
  • Communicate with team leads and senior leadership, assess changes, and rapidly change direction in support of new and/or changing program requirements.  
  • Provide project and programmatic support, technical guidance, and written communications and briefings for IT applications/systems and data analysis.
  • Collects requirements from stakeholders. 
  • Schedule/attend Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss/whiteboard design and implementation details. 
  • Compile and provide additional information to support customer strategy planning. 
  • Actively participate on integrated teams. 
  • Continually interface with Sponsor’s management to plan, present and brief information related to the Sponsor’s portfolio.
  • Make recommendations for process improvement(s) for Sponsor’s portfolio.
  • Prepare communication and materials for IT systems and services for the Sponsor’s use.
  • Prepare monthly project/program briefing slides.
  • Prepare weekly updates to schedules, actions, lessons learned, requirements, impact of decisions, and respond to inquiries and questions.
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of processes, governance, performance metrics, and reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Technical training, Certification(s), experience, and/or Degree (Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
  • Experience: 15+ years of related experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience translating technical terminology and concepts for non-technical personnel.
  • Experience writing IT procedures for clarity and understanding.
  • Experience providing IT briefings and materials for IT applications/systems.
  • Experience with providing coordination and integration support.
  • Experience with data gathering and product evaluation to determine future solutions.
  • Experience with collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information.
  • Experience with reviewing documentation and revising existing processes and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, and input/output requirements.
  • Experience with updating IT project schedules, tracking actions, and providing demonstrations.
  • Experience working within a dynamic team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project.
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/polygraph
  • Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with enterprise cybersecurity management platforms.
  • Experience with implementation and assessment of security controls that support authorization and accreditation processes. 
  • Experience supporting the Risk Management Framework.
  • Experience with Cross Domain Systems.is a plus
