TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and efficiency in our fulfillment processes.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the TikTok Shop sellers' logistics experience.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the product and development teams, to improve system capabilities and ensure alignment on logistics processes and customer requirements.

3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement.

4. Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders to drive new logistics initiatives.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technology to drive continuous improvement in eCommerce logistics operations.
