Your Career

In partnership with the People Leadership team you will help to define the vision and plan for people transformations that are critical to delivering on the company strategy.  This role will focus on specific cross functional, multi year projects that are designed to place the company on an accelerated path of growth and ensure our place as the best place to work. Initial projects will cover: continually upleveling our collective capability; successfully integrating mergers & acquisitions; optimizing our organizational structure and may expand to other mission critical work over time. We are equally committed to being the world's leading cyber security partner as well as the most loved workplace.  The programs you lead must support and accelerate our achievement of both ambitions.

Your Impact

  • Turn the vision into a plan - Translate the vision into a compelling Northstar and actionable plan that is understood and agreed by all relevant stakeholders
  • Define the outcomes - Develop clear milestones and outcome measures that are used to evaluate progress toward achieving program goals - These outcome measures will be used to iterate plans, build on lessons learned and to hold work teams accountable to timely and quality work
  • Get cross functional alignment - Work across functions to put in place plans that yield immediate results while sustaining and expanding on these outcomes over multiple years - In your role you will work with individual teams to develop these plans, pressure testing their alignment to desired outcomes and helping to align plans with teams
  • Integrate plans - Work with stakeholders from across the people team and business to integrate work plans, as a result of your partnership it is expected that the impact of individual teams will be multiplied by aligning them on common goals and working as one  
  • Drive results over time - Put in place the process, systems and measures to make sure the programs you are responsible for have a significant positive impact on both our business outcomes and how our employees feel about their work - We are equally committed to being the world's leading cyber security partner as well as the most loved workplace - The programs you lead must support and accelerate our achievement of both ambitions
  • Put in place change plans - Personally develop change management plans so that all work is fully adopted and integrated into the fabric of how we work - As a company we are focused on behaviors and outcomes over and above process
  • Communicate on progress - Communicate progress to stakeholders, including identification of risks and opportunities proactively along with proposed solutions to address issues identified

  • Systemic thinking - You have a knack for seeing how various elements fit together and can enhance collective work by connecting the dots
  • Flexible style of influence - You can work with stakeholders across functions and levels to get work done adapting your style to get the best outcomes - You’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help get others started on their work when they are stuck as you are presenting a plan to senior leaders
