Why us, why now?

Serving as a member of the HR Team, this position is responsible for leading HR related change initiatives and supporting organizational change initiatives impacting people and culture. This position supports the HR team with change implementation for new programs, policies, and processes. This position also supports the Learning and Organization Development Team with organization development consultation, design and development, and facilitation in support of overall organization and team effectiveness and creating a positive culture.

How will you make an impact?

Change Management

  • Support HR team with change implementation and support organizational change initiatives impacting people and culture.
  • Identify potential change process improvement opportunities or challenges and proactively partner with or influence key stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively address potential resistance to change, by engaging stakeholders, utilizing coaching and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenges and foster buy-in.
  • Leading/facilitating meetings and sessions for needs assessment related to change management strategies and plans for cluster and enterprise initiatives.
  • Developing and delivering project management resources for execution of change management plans relating to changes this position is responsible for implementing.
  • Applying best practices, resources, and consultations in the measuring and reporting on the impact of change initiatives and plans; partnering on continuous improvement relating to change implementation.

Organization Development

  • Design, develop, and implement interventions and programs aimed at improving organizational performance.
  • Partner with the HR talent management team to develop and implement talent management strategies to influence employee engagement and performance.
  • Facilitate cultural shifts within the organization by aligning behaviors, values, and leadership practices with the desired future state.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in the field of organization design and development.

Training and Development

  • Design, delivery, and facilitate customized training programs to equip employees and teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to new processes, systems, and environments during change; or to align with current organization needs

Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR led change initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with change initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in organizational processes and culture, related to changes this position is responsible for implementing.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organization development or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing change management principles, best practices, and impact measurement.
  • Demonstrated success in organization development consulting.
  • Demonstrated facilitation skil
