The Providence Development Program is a program that will offer the opportunity to work in four different job assignments within Finance. Each assignment will last for a period of six months, opportunities offered fall within the below listed job functions:
- South Division: Decision Support
- Providence Clinical Network: Washington, Montana
- Providence Clinical Network: Oregon
- Shared Services
- Investments
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Oregon Finance Operations
- System Strategic Finance
- External Reporting
This program is designed to provide each individual the opportunity to have in-depth development experiences across a range of business areas. Each specific job assignment will provide an opportunity to maximize your learning and development and will give you access to a variety of training and activities.
To qualify for this program you must meet the following criteria:
- A college student at a 4 year College who will be graduating between December 2023 - June 2024 with a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas of study:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Another related field of study
- GPA Requirement: 3.2 or Higher
- Demonstrated Analytical, Leadership and Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
This is a two year program that will run between July 2024 and June 2026. Upon completion of the program, participants are eligible to apply for regular full time opportunities within Providence.
Providence is calling a Finance Analyst who will be given the opportunity to experience a variety of job functions within Finance.
- Serve as a member of the service area team
- Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance
- Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
- Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses

- This posting is for multiple openings of a Financial Analyst
- This role is a remote position that will require a quarterly in office presence for meetings
- Work Week: Monday - Friday
- Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field of study
- 0-5+ years of analytical and business experience with the ability to apply business knowledge and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of healthcare related experience

- Max: $57.69
