Join Our Team as FX Front Office Lead!
What You’ll Do:
• Risk Management - Responsible for identifying group-wide risk exposures, including Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate (IR) risks. Assess the impact of FX, prepare and present results, and propose corrective actions.
• Trading - Execute hedging transactions using derivatives in accordance with policy, manage communication with trading counterparties, and maintain accurate FX data in the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Hedge Accounting - Propose hedge accounting solutions to enhance financial reporting.
• Management of debt portfolio – Assist with the execution and placement of long-term debt initiatives. Evaluate existing and alternative financing arrangements to ensure the company is optimizing its capital structure and cost of capital.
• Investment Management and Treasury Operations - Collaborate closely with the Treasury Operations cash management team to optimize investment strategies and maximize returns.
• Bank Group Management - Support Treasury in maintaining strong working relationships with banking partners.
• Leadership - lead and coordinate Treasury projects and act as deputy for Head of Treasury Operations."
What We Need:
• 5+ years of qualified experience
• Proven track record in Treasury or Banking
• Knowledge of financial markets instruments and risks (FX swap, FX sport, forward)
• Strong IT skills and working knowledge in Bloomberg and MS Excel
• Finance background with proficiency in modelling moderate to complex financial problem
• Ability to navigate complex financial topics and translate results into recommendations
• CFA examination
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Significant experience working in Finance, Advisory, Audit or Treasury
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with numbers
• Desire for continuous improvement
• Enjoys team-oriented environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
