Role Overview
This position is focused on residential protection, visibility, and resident interaction. Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment through consistent patrols, reporting, and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly patrols inside and outside the residential complex

• Scan patrol tags at designated checkpoints

• Monitor property conditions and report irregularities

• Complete daily activity reports

• Prepare detailed incident reports when required

• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests

• Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience

• Residential or customer service background preferred

• Ability to work holidays and flexible schedules

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor
