You will drive the mission of maximizing recovery value and customer satisfaction by orchestrating complex logistics between our internal teams, freight partners, and manufacturing sites. This role is a unique opportunity to collaborate across the global supply chain and directly impacting Everpure’s sustainability and operational efficiency goals.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive the Pick-Up Request&nbsp; Lifecycle:</strong> Own the end-to-end execution of customer return requests, ensuring high accuracy and timely recovery of hardware to maintain lean inventory levels.</li> <li><strong>Orchestrate Cross-Functional Logistics:</strong> Lead daily coordination with logistics partners, Sales Ops, and Contract Manufacturers to troubleshoot transit issues and optimize the return cycle time.</li> <li><strong>Maintain Data Integrity Across Platforms:</strong> Manage the flow of real-time data within SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce to ensure inventory accuracy and provide stakeholders with reliable reporting on return trends.</li> <li><strong>Optimize Packaging &amp; Vendor Performance:</strong> Monitor return packaging stock levels and guide communications with third-party carriers to resolve shipment discrepancies and improve vendor service levels.</li> <li><strong>Improve Operational Scalability:</strong> Identify bottlenecks in the return process and implement workflow enhancements that reduce friction for both global customers and internal warehouse teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Logistics &amp; Systems Proficiency:</strong> Comprehensive understanding of reverse logistics workflows and hands-on experience navigating ERP and CRM environments (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce) to manage complex data sets.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving &amp; Analytical Skills:</strong> Ability to independently resolve shipment exceptions, analyze return root causes, and utilize tools like Excel or Tableau to drive data-in
