Purpose:
Market Europe recognizes the critical importance of wholesale growth and service excellence within the channel. The SCM Wholesale Business Process Excellence function is established with a clear focus on optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing wholesale customer satisfaction, and driving positive impacts on conversion rates. This role, together with its team, is dedicated to ensuring best-in-class availability and service while concurrently optimizing costs and creating conversion opportunities for our wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full understanding of supply chain processes, in specific wholesale and knowledge of the systems being used to recognize interdependencies between systems and processes, their impact on the business and challenge potential changes
- Perform regular process reviews, improvement, and definition. Prepare process documentation.
- Continuous monitoring of processes and performance metrics (KPI’s) and service level agreements.
- Regular detailed data analysis and identification of performance issues. Take over ad hoc requests outside of standard reporting routine
- Collaboration within the team and other functions to identify and highlight issues for low performance , define and track actions
- Ensure data accuracy across the systems
- Development and regular creation of operational and management reports/dashboards
- Execute assigned day-to-day operational processes.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Reliable and motivated team player with very strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
- Exceptional analytical abilities, demonstrating proficiency in methodically interpreting data.
- Excellent MS Excel skills:
- Proficiency in formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data sets efficiently.
- Understanding of Excel's advanced features like macros and VBA for automation is a plus.
- Very Good Power BI knowledge, including:
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of data transformation, and visualization using Power BI.
- Ability to integrate data from various sources and create insightful visualizations.
- Collaborative, service-minded, open minded personality
- Good degree of customer/consumer orientation (internal & external)
- Ability to think end-to-end and operate cross-functionally
- Knowledge in SAP AFS, SAP PGR is a plus
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations
- Min 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management, Sales, Analytics.
