Energetics Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Performs professional engineering and scientific work involving chemical processes utilized by industries and scientific technologies to produce products and systems. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with project planning and business case strategy in support of project formulation, product, production and manufacturing facility modernization
• Knowledge of project formulation, product, production and manufacturing facility modernization, and flexible, adaptive integration of assured munitions and engineering development of new, innovative, and advanced energetic technologies
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies, reviews, and supply chain analysis of transitions of manufacturing capacity, product viability, and economies of scale and risk reduction of energetics and chemical component raw material sourcing identification, market assessment and availability
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
