Senior Front End Developer - React Engineer

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Front End Developer with React experience to join our remote team located in the United States.

Job Overview:

The Senior Developer provides technology direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. 

As a Senior Developer you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a core member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

• Assist with the technical planning and requirement gathering phases including estimates, develop, test, manage projects, architect and delivery.
• Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend solutions to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.
• Liaise with offshore team and client teams for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Utilize analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope.
• Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams.
• Perform code reviews of features developed.
• Ensure team deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction.
• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
• Independently manage assigned tasks
• Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change.

• Detail design, development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology and tools.

   

   

• Passionate Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of front end development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience with React/Next.js and Node.js for frontend and full-stack development.
• At least 2 years of experience with the Azure Cloud architecture and DevOps scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.  
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.  
• Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
• Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
• Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

   

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Experience working with a globally distributed teams
• Experience with .NET technologies
