From troubleshooting mixing consoles to mentoring techs in the warehouse, youโll be the final checkpoint that keeps our events sounding flawless.

What Youโll Be Doing
As the Lead Audio QC Technician, youโll oversee audio gear prep and performance checks while supporting broader warehouse operations and team development.

Audio Equipment Testing โ Inspect and test professional-grade audio systems to ensure optimal sound performance.

Troubleshooting & Repairs โ Diagnose and resolve equipment issues before shipping to shows.
โ
Inventory Oversight โ Organize and track all audio gear, coordinating availability and maintenance schedules.
โ
Documentation & Standards โ Maintain accurate QC logs, checklists, and repair reports to ensure process consistency.

Team Leadership โ Mentor warehouse staff and assist in technician training to uphold LMGโs technical standards.
โ
Logistics & Support โ Help manage consumables, organize gear storage, and assist with local deliveries as needed.
What Weโre Looking For
๐น Strong knowledge of audio engineering, including PA systems, mixing consoles, and signal flow
๐น Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation
๐น A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
๐น Excellent communication and leadership skills
๐น Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control is a plus
