About the role

What You'll DoWe are seeking a system administrator for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more. Come join our diverse and growing team with lots of opportunities! Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems that support Space and Property Management, Asset Management, Transportation Management, Project Support and Geospatial Analysis applications within CMS. Provide system administration support for Microsoft Windows servers to include monitoring, problem resolution and ensuring compliancy. Support a mix of COTs and GOTs applications in an administrative and help desk role. Collaborate with security for any compliancy issues and remediate any active liens. Contribute to the development of any technical documentation including SOPs and update existing documentation. Collaborate with the team for releases or migrations to new environments. Troubleshoot and maintain integrity to improve reliability and performance of systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience as a system administrator on programs of similar scope and complexity is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Windows Servers, PKI certificates, and Windows IIS
  • Familiarity with MS SQL administration
  • Experience with system hardening
  • Experience working with ISSOs for system compliance
  • Experience creating and updating technical documentation
  • Familiarity with AWS/C2S and the Agency tools 

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
  • Experience providing customer service support
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph RequiredU.S. Citizenship Required
