This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>We are now looking for a </span></span><b><span>Manager to work within our ADC Accounting &amp; Operations team (ABOR sub-team), in Warsaw branch</span></b><span><span>. </span></span><span><span> </span></span><br/><span> </span></p><p><span><span>In this multifaceted role, you will primarily lead a team of approximately 30 consultants across three locations: Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico City.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>As a leader, you will impart knowledge, inspire, mentor, and coach your team members to reach their key goals, objectives, and deliverables.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>The remaining time (30-50%) is spent on tasks relating to the Business Consultant role on the projects. You will take part in delivery of </span></span><b><span>SimCorp Dimension</span></b><span><span>, including configuration, testing, documentation and giving trainings. You will act as a consultant for our customers and effectively handle, coordinate, and escalate issues as needed. </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>You will collaborate closely with other Leaders within ADC and operate under the guidance of the Senior Manager of the ADC Accounting &amp; Operations team.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your scope as a Manager:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure that ABOR consultants have a solid understanding of performance requirements</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure optimal planning and allocation of resources on the ADC projects </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide mentoring and direction to team members, ensure to provide feedback frequently and oversee their development, based on regular 1:1s, team meetings and periodical reviews </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitor and improve work procedures and processes to increase efficiency and quality, in line with SimCorp overall strategy</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees in co-operation with HR</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide input for organizational structure, job requirements and headcount for the area of responsibility</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Available to be in the Warsaw office in the frequency specified in the company's regulations</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Your scope as a Consultant:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Contribute to the successful delivery of SimCorp Dimension (ABOR modules) within a client’s environment</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Participate in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documenting and training </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Document client’s requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements and efficiencies where possible </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Design and d
