The Customer Account Manager serves as a key liaison between our Landing Systems customers and internal operations, ensuring seamless experience from order placement through delivery. In this role, you will manage assigned customer accounts, respond to inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues with a strong customer-first mindset. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, shipping, and warehouse operations to coordinate shipments, address customer needs, and ensure timely fulfillment.

This is an onsite role at our Troy, Ohio facility.

What You Will Do:

• Manage assigned customer accounts, conferring with customers who contact the organization by telephone or electronically.
• Provide information about products or services, enter customer orders, discuss customer accounts, and obtain and address customer complaints.  
• Maintain a customer-first business mentality.
• Prioritize and manage multiple Customer requests and inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled with the utmost professionalism and within a timely manner.
• Proactively support Customer programs working closely with Value Stream Leader to understand forecast, metrics, and operations schedule to ensure alignment with, and timely delivery to OE Customers.
• Lead coordination with necessary departments to solve customer inquiries and drive to a satisfactory resolution.
• Work closely with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments.
• Engage the customer to gain intel on the customer requirements and drivers to assist in forecasting, customer on-going support, and shipping performance.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree in a related
• Prior experience in SAP
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize multiple deliverables autonomously
• Demonstrated knowledge of the supply chain process in a warehouse environment
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to remain composed and decisive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives
• Working knowledge of master production schedule based on demand, lead time, capacity constraints, inventory strategies, and materials availability
