The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
 

Pay Range: $122,100.00 - $219,800.00

Job Description

  • Directs the operational strategies and objectives that deliver quality, efficient, and timely operational services, including business analytic support, business reporting, streamlined business operations processes, and budgeting responsibilities.
  • Contributes to, embraces, and implements a centralized vision for mentoring operations, and strategy.
  • Lead personnel, processes, and innovation in Mentoring.
  • Directs hiring, performance management, development, coaching and retention of mentor faculty and mentoring metrics.
  • Exhibits sound financial stewardship to achieve successful student and university outcomes
  • Sets clear and achievable goals for mentoring operations based on strategic priorities.
  • Ensures a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, measurement, and learning from data to enhance mentoring quality.
  • Collaborates on various projects related to data quality, tracking, and metrics, ensuring the success of the mentoring-based projects and initiatives.
  • Supports the design, development and implementation of mentor-based technology
  • Analyzes information through qualitative and quantitative methods, provide insights into the student experience, and recommend and implement actions that enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaborates with academic and administrative leadership, faculty, and team members across the university.
  • Serves students individually and at scale to achieve key results in student success.
  • Contributes to WGU's culture and practices in line with its brand, differentiation, and desired employee experience.
  • Travels to Commencement Ceremonies, School meetings, and to support networking toward innovation and thought leadership
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
