Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess basic maintenance knowledge and be responsible for addressing guest issues related to guest rooms and public spaces. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to and resolve guest issues regarding guest rooms and public areas.

- Handle maintenance calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, televisions, internet connections, microwaves, and refrigerators.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.

- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work mid-shift and afternoons, 3 to 4 days a week.

This position will pay $15.00 per hour to start.
