Greenhouse is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team!
This role is crucial in supporting our business objectives by taking ownership of key financial processes, including the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model and headcount/operating expense management. You will play a vital role in revenue forecasting, KPI reporting, and investor-related analyses, ensuring accuracy and continuity across our most important financial operations. What you’ll do
- Support the ARR close and reconciliation process, providing reliable coverage for both ARR workflows and comprehensive headcount/operating expense planning across all Revenue teams, including Services and international planning
- Significantly improve the speed and accuracy of recurring reports (ARR flash, KPI decks, Board materials) and provide dedicated financial support for the Marketing and international functions
- Deliver meaningful process improvements and automation that enhances efficiency and data integrity
- Maintain strong partnerships with RevOps, Accounting, and the broader FP&A team, serving as a trusted, go-to resource for financial insights and analysis
You should have
- 3+ years of FP&A experience, with demonstrated ownership of monthly close or reporting cycles
- Experience working in or supporting a SaaS business with ARR-based models
- Experience reconciling large, complex datasets and identifying root causes in data variances
- Clear, proactive communication skills and ability to build trust across teams
- Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working across multiple financial systems
- Strong attention to detail with a bias towards action and follow-through

The national pay range for this role is $85,100 - $127,700. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
