Inside Sales Support Administrator (12-months contract)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international cable manufacturer, is in search of an Inside Sales Support Administrator, to join the company’s office in Athens Greece.

Workplace Location: N. Herakleion

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00

Contract : Maternity cover – 12months contract, with perspective of renewal

Main responsibilities

• Initiates offer creation process according to sales guidelines and customer requirements (in respect of internal circulars and procedures)  
• Handles incoming orders and deals with claims 
•  Supports business development initiatives
• Checks and validates documentation exchanged with customer (check the offer and the order, price, delivery, specifications, terms of condition)  
• Executes invoicing entries, verify and follow payment and collection 
• Applies knowledge of company’s products, solutions & services to meet customer needs and guide them on after-sales processes  
• Synchronizes actions with other departments (Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance & Accounting)
• Performs general administrative tasks  

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Engineering or relative field
• 0-1 year of experience in similar positions will be considered as a plus 
• Very good command of the English language (oral and written)
• Advanced PC Skills, especially regarding MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with ERP Systems (especially SAP) will be highly appreciated
• Strong communication and multi-task skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
