We are looking for an Intern who will join our R&D in Brno ASAP! 20 hours/week

JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Lifecycle Document Control Intern will work together with Document Control team on activities associated with the Software: Arena Solutions PLM.

The scope of work will focus on reviewing and approving the change orders and release orders workflow and maintaining electronic records in our R&D Software.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Checking and addressing the compliance released artifacts via change order and release order workflow.
• Checking documents for accuracy and editing them as needed.
• Cooperating and helping other company departments with administrative tasks.

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Finished high school in Business/Economy/Engineering/generic school or equivalent experience.
• Experience with a variety of documentation programs (particularly MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat).
• Capabilities in written and spoken English (B1/B2).

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• A detail-oriented person with the ability to spot errors in a glance, and organize tasks methodically.
