Senior Partnerships Manager
The Partnerships & Alliances (P&A) team at Thomson Reuters is responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of strategic partnerships. From strategy development, through assessment, recruitment, negotiation, onboarding, launch and ongoing management; the Partnerships & Alliances team oversees numerous partnerships working collaboratively in a variety of commercial models.

About the Role
In this role as a Sr. Partnerships Manager, you will:
Promote Thomson Reuters products and services to partner sales teams, helping them understand collaboration benefits
Drive sales through partnership channels with a focus on operational efficiency and excellence
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Lead collaboration efforts with partner firms to develop and execute strategies for growing the pipeline of mutual sales opportunities
Collaborate with Product and Segment Marketing to plan and execute demand generation initiatives with partners
Engage Thomson Reuters direct sales teams to articulate the unique value of each partner and support their understanding of collaboration benefits
Keep partners informed about product strategy and roadmaps, collecting feedback for ongoing refinement
About You
You may be a fit for the role of Sr. Partnerships Manager if your background includes:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Partner/channel leadership: 6+ years in partner management spanning sales, business development, and management of large customer relationships; proven success driving revenue through partnership channels (technology and services).
SaaS/software experience: 5+ years of global industry experience working for, or selling into, software/SaaS companies.
Strategic selling & account growth: Strong strategic account planning and ability to develop/manage relationships with complex, large global accounts; proven ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Executive presence & influence: Strong C-suite engagement skills; excellent relationship-building, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
Negotiation & commercial rigor: Proven success leading complex, strategic negotiations and delivering subsequent agreements; expert business case development and financial modeling skills.
Market/tech expertise: Deep technology acumen with strong understanding of the AI and software landscape, trends, competitive dynamics, and customer/competitor landscape (including across Thomson Reuters industry verticals); ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Operating style & tools: Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, highly matrixed/agile environments; experience with CRM and partnership management tools; willingness to travel periodically for partner meetings/events; experience with global systems integrators and global accounting/consulting firms.
