What You’ll Do:

• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and mechanical repairs

• Respond to unscheduled maintenance issues quickly and safely

• Replace light bulbs and service HVAC systems as needed

• Coordinate with nursing staff when working in resident areas

• Ensure tools and supplies are cleaned, stored, and restocked

• Follow safety procedures and protect resident privacy

Who You Are:

• You have at least a 10th grade education

• You enjoy solving problems and working with your hands

• You can lift up to 25 pounds and handle physical tasks

• You're comfortable interacting with seniors, staff, and guests in a respectful and positive way

• You take pride in your work and value teamwork, responsibility, and continuous learning
