PRN Physical Therapy - Now Hiring - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Ortho PT Clinic - San Diego

The Role:

• Pay range $28/hr to $35/hr + Productivity Incentives up to $9,750 + Full Benefits.
• Individual pay dependent on experience and job-related factors.
• Clinic Location: 4060 Fourth Ave, San Diego, CA 92103

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, hands-on therapy in an outpatient setting
• Support individualized care plans created by supervising Physical Therapists
• Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a positive clinic culture
• Document efficiently in our modern electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and clinic policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Licensed PTA in the state of California (or license-eligible)
• Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required
• Passionate about outpatient care and continuous learning
