We are hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for our General Medicine, Cardiology, and Neurosciences units. These dynamic teams care for patients with a wide range of medical, cardiac, and neurological needs. As an LNA, you’ll provide essential direct and indirect patient care — including daily care, mobility support, safety monitoring, and communication assistance — under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will work closely with collaborative, interdisciplinary teams and build strong clinical skills while supporting patients with varying levels of complexity.
Schedule Requirement:
We are looking for part-time or full-time committed hour candidates. Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of one 12-hour shift per week.
Job Description:
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Current Vermont LNA license required.
Experience:
Previous health care experience preferred.
