What You’ll Do:
Marketing Execution & Project Management:
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Keep all marketing materials, messaging, and assets up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Establish and refine marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Manage marketing tools, platforms, and systems to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Oversee internal communications related to marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
Data & Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and resource allocation.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize marketing efforts.
Marketing Logistics & Asset Management:
- Manage the creation, distribution, and inventory of print and digital marketing materials.
- Oversee customer messaging, including SMS, email, and in-app promotions.
- Ensure signage, promotions, and branded materials are updated and properly placed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing execution. Preferred experience of 3-5 years.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRMs, and project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana, or Trello).
