We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kits Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Kits department. In this role, you will supervise and manage team members, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will provide training and support to staff, foster process improvements for enhanced efficiency, and uphold safety compliance to create a secure working environment. In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Supervising Team Operations: Oversee daily activities of the Kits team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules while providing guidance and support to team members.

• Monitoring Quality Standards: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and compliance.

• Facilitating Training Sessions: Lead training initiatives for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff to enhance skills and improve overall team performance.

• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present daily production reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement while fostering open communication within the team.

Are you qualified? 

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

• Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of proven leadership experience is essential.

• Production Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a production environment is required.

• Material Handling Experience: At least 1 year of experience in material handling or a related field is necessary.
