JR57888 Quality Test Engineer

As a QRA MNAND Test Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for developing, debugging and maintaining test programs to be used in qualification and reliability processes. During the qualification period, you will analyze and resolve failures that are generated by these programs in collaboration with other engineering groups to evaluate and implement corrective action and with production to provide support. It is required to modify and maintain code that runs on automated test equipment(ATE) to verify the reliability of the device-under-test (DUT) to a given set of conditions. You, also , participate in the design and checkout of the hardware that is used to interface between the tester and the DUT.

• • Generate Quality/Reliability Test Flows.
  • Develop, Support, and Maintain Quality Reliability Test Solutions.
  • Perform Device Reliability and Characterization.
  • Analyze Test Failures to Determine the Actual Cause of Failure.
  • Provide Quality Reliability Software Support.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enable new equipment / tools capability.

Skills, competencies, attitudes:

• • Programming experience in common programming languages..
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits.
  • Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural international team environment.
  • Availability to travel abroad.
  • Good level both verbal and written English skills

Desired Skills Include:

• • 2 or 3 years of experience  in similar position will be evaluated  with high consideration.
  • Be customer-oriented.
  • Specific ability to program in  C, C++ or  PYTHON is a plus.
  • Experience with lab tools: Logic analyzers, oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of NAND Memory operation, architecture and reliability
  • Knowledge of Firmware, Micro-Controller and file system concepts.

Education:  

• • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent is required.
